1. Emmy is still absolutely killing it in the double at lessons annnnnnnd we are off today to a recognized show to try to knock out our 2nd level bronze scores! If we can, I probably won't show much the rest of the year so we can focus on 3rd - we'll see how it goes, that plan is still very much in flux.

2. Cinna is officially on the market and had a trial ride less than 24 hours after I posted her, which was really wild to me. Cinna was.... Well, vintage Cinna for the ride, which is great, because the buyer really got a feel for what she is like on the regular 🤣 we're still in touch, but nothing concrete. Lots of interest from folks across the country which requires more coordination in terms of getting them the info and videos they want. Goal is to keep riding and also get her out for some solo trips to build confidence.

3. Ruby is hanging out mostly just trail hacking for the moment - hopefully will have some more news about her status a little later this spring ☺️

4. After dropping annoying amounts of money into maintenance on our old half ton and diesel over the winter, DH and I decided it was time to sell both of them and find something a little newer. He knows I'd like to start doing some out of state traveling to show, and this summer LONGBOI will be 9, which is not old for a truck (and only 90k miles!) but my husband is an obsessive worrier. He woke up last weekend ready to pull the trigger so meet TALLBOI, my new hauling truck 🤣 side note, WHY DO THEY KEEP MAKING TRUCKS TALLER OMG SO ANNOYING. Because this truck is taller than my 2015, which was taller than my 1999, DH finally caved and is having the axles blocked on my trailer, to help with the height disparity.... Which probably means I'll need a ramp eventually, but blergh, one giant expense at a time 🫠he's keeping LONGBOI to be his farm truck, and has aspirations to pick up an old camper as a fixer upper project.

5. I was diagnosed officially with ADHD in December - to the shock of literally no one who has ever spent more than 5 minutes around me. Except my mother, who is in denial and keeps telling me that I'm "too high achieving" to have ADHD and cannot seem to wrap her brain around it presenting differently in men & women (or boys & girls as it were, since none of this is new). The first med I tried was an utter failure but the second has definitely made a difference for me and a nice side effect of getting the ADHD under control is I'm not binge snacking at work or eating an entire pizza by myself for dinner, and I'm down almost 30lbs - AND MY TEAL BOOTS WERE REPAIRED AND I'M SHOWING IN THEM TOMORROW 🤩
