Don't let her face fool you, she was quite good!
As was this one -- dare I say it? I think she's finally growing up!
We had a great ride last night and were able to have some "conversations" about contact at the trot last night that had her softly reaching down and maintaining it for a few strides before we had baby bobbles. I was so happy with her!
She was so excited that her post-ride hose off made it easier for her to grind dirt into her coat lol.

Because I know you missed the goats too! |
Glad you came back for a quick update! New routines are so tough, sounds like you're getting into the swing of things at least. Love your girls and those goats!

Totally unintentional and taken with my phone to boot, I was shocked and amazed! And yes, I luffs her 😍
DeleteNew schedules can be tough but I'm glad to see you still out enjoying your girls :)
ReplyDeleteYeah I'm glad I'm making time for that, even if other things are falling by the wayside (like laundry and dishes and sweeping 🤣🤣).
DeleteIt's a lot to get used to with the new job. Glad that you are finding your routines!
ReplyDeleteThe hours being much more rigid and the slightly longer commute were the hardest things, but I'm adapting! Oh and the occasional travelling... But overall the benefits far outweigh those small negatives :)
DeleteYay! A POST! Blogland has missed you and the critters. I'm glad you're finding your routine, and hope to see you around the blogosphere again!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I'm still trying to juggle keeping up, I've been stalking your Thursday Threads posts, although haven't managed to comment lately obviously haha.
DeleteYay for the new job, yay for getting rides in and YAY for blogging!!
